Betrayal.io is a massively multiplayer online game that combines elements of deception, strategy and teamwork. In this game, players are divided into two factions: "Crew" and "Impostor". The crew members must work together to complete the mission and identify the impostors among them, while the impostors must sabotage the crew members' efforts and eliminate them without not caught.
Players will be divided into two truths: Teammates and Impostors.
Teammates: The majority of players take on the role of Teammates, who work together to complete missions and identify Impostors.
Impostors: A small number of players are chosen as Impostors, whose goal is to outwit their Teammates and eliminate them without getting caught.
The game will take place in a virtual environment, such as a spaceship, mansion, or any other setting that matches the theme of the game.
Crew members need to complete various missions scattered across the map to win the game. Crew members will have a list of tasks to complete, which may include quizzes, mini-games, or other challenges. Completing quests will benefit Teammates' teams and bring them closer to victory.
The impostors must sabotage the efforts of the Teammates and eliminate them one by one.
During the meeting, players can present evidence, discuss suspicions, and try to convince others of their innocence or guilt.
The player with the most votes is eliminated from the game and revealed as a Crew Member or Impostor.
